Montem has two sports halls which can be hired out for these type of activities:- football

- hockey
- short tennis
Other activity studios host martial arts, wrestling, table tennis, squash and snooker.
Montem has many multipurpose spaces that are available for private hire. The sports hall can be hired out for special events and has tiered seating for 250 people.
Courses take place throughout the year for gymnastics and trampolining.
